'What\'s up guys! Today\'s video is a full body surfing workout and rotational power training for surfers. It\'s strength training for surfers, where we work on lots of core strength for surfing and stability training for surfing. We start off with some rotational power training with the medball to work on developing lots of core strength, especially rotational core strength. We then move into more strength training, much of it being unilateral so that we can really engage the core and emphasize the instability and balance element for surfing. There is a lot of lower body training for surfing, but we also hit some important upper body areas for surfing. Hope you enjoy!
